These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sahaiy, an AI voice-call automation service operated by Sahaiy Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India ("Sahaiy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service at sahaiy.vercel.app, you agree to these Terms.
Sahaiy lets you build and deploy AI voice agents that make and receive phone calls in Hindi and English (including Hinglish), answer from your knowledge base, execute tool integrations, and report analytics. Features evolve over time; we may add, change, or remove functionality as the product develops.

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST will be added where required). Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law. We will give you reasonable advance notice before any price change on paid plans.
Your data stays yours. You retain all rights to your knowledge documents, call recordings, transcripts, and other data you provide. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that data in order to run the service for you. We claim no ownership over it and will delete it on request per our Privacy Policy. Feedback you give us may be used to improve Sahaiy without obligation.
The Sahaiy software, brand, and service itself (excluding your data) are owned by Sahaiy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. These Terms don't transfer any ownership of the service to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we build for high accuracy, AI agents can make mistakes — verify important outcomes. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahaiy Technologies Pvt. Ltd.'s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of the updated Terms.
